Terms and Booking Conditions

Services concerned

These conditions apply, depending on the case, to requests and bookings for cottages, private hire, brasserie, snack bar and water activities at Domaine de l’Horloge.

Booking and prices

A booking is firm only after written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of the requested deposit or payment. Prices are in euros and may vary according to period, duration, number of people, services and options.

Payment, deposit and cancellation

Accepted payment methods, deposit amount, balance payment date, security deposit and cancellation conditions must be completed by the operator and stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Stay rules and activities

Guests must respect capacity, arrival/departure times, premises, neighbourhood, equipment and house rules. Water activities are subject to weather, safety conditions, equipment availability and instructions.

Liability and mediation
